Privacy Policy

This notice explains what we do with personal information you give us through this website.

Who we are

Leafield Hub, trading as Corsham Office Rentals, at Unit 23, Leafield Industrial Estate, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 9RS. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at leafieldhub@gmail.com or on +44 7737 987 441.

What we collect

If you fill in our enquiry form we collect your name, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give it, and whatever you write in the message box. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a viewing or booking if you want one. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us about our services and expect a reply. If we ever want to send you anything else, such as marketing, we will ask your permission first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless you go on to become a customer, in which case we keep your details for as long as we need them for the tenancy or booking and for six years afterwards to meet our accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. A small number of providers necessarily handle it on our behalf.

• Google. Enquiry emails are sent and received through a Gmail account, so Google processes them as our email provider. Every page of this site also loads a map from Google Maps and typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and Google receives your IP address when you view the site.
• Our web host. The website and its database sit on our hosting provider’s servers, and enquiry submissions are stored there as well as being emailed to us.
• Our security software. To block automated attacks, the site records IP addresses of failed login attempts and suspicious traffic.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a small number of functional cookies, and the embedded Google map may set its own when it loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the map may then not display.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or restrict what we do with it. You can also object to us processing it. Email leafieldhub@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page.
